Dr. Katherine Takacs

I graduated in 2004 and joined Mission Ridge Animal Hospital in 2006. An area of interest for me is feline medicine and my favourite thing about the clinic is the opportunity to work with the most amazing staff and clientele, in a beautiful location that is close to home. My first pet is a Domestic Longhair cat named Cuddles! What I love most about my job is the diversity of our profession and the fact that we are constantly acquiring new information and experiences. Most importantly, that I can do something positive to improve my patients and their caregiver’s lives, every single day. A fun fact about me is one of the speediest talkers you will ever encounter, especially if excited about something! I have a chocolate addiction and require a daily dose.
