Dr. Lori Skrypnek
Veterinarian
A love of animals and a desire to help animals and their owners is what inspired me to become a veterinarian. I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 1998. I was working at our sister clinic, Mill Creek Animal Hospital, when the opportunity at Mission Ridge Animal Hospital presented and as I live in St. Albert, this was ideal. My special area of interest is orthopedics, dermatology and nutrition. My first pet was a Sheltie named Lady. What I love about my job is that I can develop a relationship with animals and their owners. My favourite thing about the clinic is all of our team members care about one another and it feels like a family. Fun fact about myself is that I love country music and my favourite singer is Keith Urban.
